Returns – All returns must have prior authorization and require an RA #. Call or e mail us for the return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. (Any purchase made in November or December is presumed to be a Christmas gift and the return period is extended until end of January.) Please enclose a copy of your original invoice and write the RA# on the outside of the box.
All merchandise must be returned in the same protective boxes and wrapping as originally sent. Returns and exchanges are allowed for any apparel item that is still brand new and has not been used. All labels & hanging size tags must still be attached. All hats must be in their white hat boxes within another box and all jodhpur boots in their box within another box. Shirts must be properly refolded and all cardboard, plastic supports and straight pins put back in place. The shirt should then be placed back in its plastic bag. Shirts must appear brand new or the return will be refused.
Special orders and orders for custom or personalized merchandise may not be returned and these orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
Saddle Returns - You may test ride any new saddle and still return it as long as it shows no signs of wear. Please use a clean pad and wrap the stirrup leathers in a soft cloth to prevent rubbing. Saddles with name plates attached may not be returned.
